The authors are encouraged to submit a two-page digest not later than the digest deadline. Each author can participate in at most three papers. A two-page digest (A4, single column, 12 pt) for each paper should be submitted. It should contain the title of the paper, authors and contact information, a short abstract (5-7 lines), keywords, the main contents of the paper and references.

Pre-registration and submitting of digests should be done via the web interface.
Upload your digest online using the Conference Management System.

Each digest will be reviewed by two reviewers. Notification of the acceptance of the contribution will be given after the date described here.

Presentations 
    - Oral presentations – up to 15 min including discussions. Laptop and multimedia projector will be available.
    - Invited paper presentations – up to 30 min including discussions.
    - Poster size: 0.8 x 1.2 m. (Download example template files for the poster in .pptx and .pub formats.)

Language
The working language of the symposium will be English.

Exhibition
Exhibition will be organised during the Symposium.
