The authors are encouraged to submit a Full paper not later than the deadline. Each author can participate in at most three papers. 

Full paper describing work not previously published or presented must strictly conform to the IEEE conference format. From the link below you can download the IEEE template for the full papers in .doc format. Full paper length could not exceed four pages. Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® system.

Pre-registration and submitting of Full paper should be done via the web interface.
Upload your file online using the Conference Management System.

Each Full paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Notification of the acceptance of the contribution will be given after the date described here.

The final versions of all articles accepted for publication, with comments from the reviewers taken into account, must be uploaded and validated through IEEE PDF eXpress site and then must be uploaded to the Conference Management System, overwriting the previously uploaded version (the version before the review process).

IEEE are very strict about the requirements for converting application files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Please follow the detailed instructions for SIELA 2026 full paper upload

1) Proofread your ready paper thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. Make sure that ISBN is appearing on paper first page, all style and formatting requirements from the full paper template are met. Save as PDF complain file.

2) Validate final paper file in IEEE PDF eXpress site. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free Then service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to check PDFs that have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility.

Log in to https://ieee-pdf-express.org

Enter the following:
   - 69011X for the Conference ID
   - Your email address and password
   - Continue to enter information as prompted

Upload your file to IEEE PDF eXpress for validation and download the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF version of your paper.

IEEE PDF eXpress is not a manuscript-collection system and does not replace the conference's submission system. Once authors verify that they have the IEEE Xplore-compatible version of their manuscript, they will still need to upload the file to the Conference Management System.

3) Upload verified final full paper in Conference Management System. Go to your Contribution and upload your final paper so that the previously uploaded file is overwritten. Uploaded file must be IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs only.

4) IEEE requires all publications to be cross-checked for plagiarism to ensure originality of the content. Acceptable similarity level is below 30%.

5) All participants of SIELA 2026, with successfully uploaded final full papers, will be contacted after the symposium to approve electronic copyright agreement form.

The final papers will be uploaded to the IEEE Xplore® system by the organizers after a successful similarity check.

Presentations 
    - Oral presentations – up to 15 min including discussions. Laptop and multimedia projector will be available.
    - Invited paper presentations – up to 30 min including discussions.
    - Poster size: 0.8 x 1.2 m. (Download example template files for the poster in .pptx and .pub formats.)

Language
The working language of the symposium will be English.

Exhibition
Exhibition will be organised during the Symposium.
