The authors are encouraged to submit a Full paper not later than the deadline. Each author can participate in at most three papers. 

Full paper describing work not previously published or presented must strictly conform to the IEEE conference format. From the link below you can download the IEEE template for the full papers in .doc format. Full paper length could not exceed four pages. Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® system.

Pre-registration and submitting of Full paper should be done via the web interface.
Upload your file online using the Conference Management System.

Each Full paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Notification of the acceptance of the contribution will be given after the date described here.

Additional information regarding the requirements for converting application files to full-text PDFs for submission to IEEE Xplore will be available here after the review process is complete and acceptance notifications are sent.

Presentations 
    - Oral presentations – up to 15 min including discussions. Laptop and multimedia projector will be available.
    - Invited paper presentations – up to 30 min including discussions.
    - Poster size: 0.8 x 1.2 m. (Download example template files for the poster in .pptx and .pub formats.)

Language
The working language of the symposium will be English.

Exhibition
Exhibition will be organised during the Symposium.
